(독일 컨설팅 대기업에서 매니저로 일하는 친구의 조언을 토대로 작성합니다)

독일에서는 '폭력'에 비속어 사용하기, 소리 지르기도 포함됨.

으로 시작해서 We were [상황설명] and he said something offensive/sexist/racist.

2. 만약 정확히 무슨 일이 일어났는지 물어본다면 나의 행동까지 포함하고 추측 없이 사실만을 자세히 말하기

3. 내 상태 표현
I don't feel comfortable working with him after ... I feel disrespected.
I feel hurt.
I know it will affect the project because I will be worried about him acting irrational again / lashing out / yelling / being unreasonable.
